Important Update: UAE Travel Disruption

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and enquiries following the situation affecting travel to the UAE. Please bear with us while our teams work through impacted bookings as quickly as possible. We are closely monitoring developments and are focused on supporting all affected customers.

Customers departing within the next 48 hours (to UAE/Middle East destinations as a final destination)

If you are due to travel to the UAE within the next 48 hours as your final destination, we will automatically be arranging a full refund for the booking.

There is no need to contact us, we will be working through all affected bookings as quickly as possible.

Customers transiting via the UAE to other destinations

If your journey involves transiting through the Middle East on their way to another destination, please contact our Customer Service teams on 020 8974 7200

Customers currently in resort impacted by cancelled flights:

We will be working to contact you if you have reached your return date and have not been able to travel, alternatively you can call our resort line on 020 8974 7221

We are working to arrange extended hotel stays and amend transfers where required for customer who have booked a package holiday with us – up to 3 day extension.

  • If you are asked to pay the hotel directly for any additional nights, please book and retain hotel receipt so this can be reviewed for reimbursement if you have booked a package holiday with us.
  • We strongly advise that you follow the most up-to-date travel advice from the UK Foreign Office and register your presence to receive alerts and updates. You can access official guidance via the FCDO website.
